- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We prioritise your satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring your happiness with every Eco Threads Clothing product. If you ever find yourself dissatisfied, our customer-centric Return/Exchange policy is designed to address your concerns and make things right.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Initiate the process by emailing info.ecothreadsclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your product.
Note: Any requests for return or exchange made after 5 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
Return Process:- Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (2-3 days processing).
- The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging.
- After receiving the product( take around 7-10 days to receive at warehouse) and completing a quality check, we will initiate a refund via online modes of payment(approximately within 7 days of product received at warehouse).
- For orders above 1500, we follow a flexible resolution method wherein the value of the order is conveniently retained for future use in the form of a credit note.
- Customised pieces can not be exchanged/return.
Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks.
Exchange Process:
- Confirmed via email, a reverse pickup is arranged (2-3 days processing).
- The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in original packaging.
- After receiving the product( take around 7-10 days to receive the product after pick up) and quality control we proceed with the exchange in 1-2 days
- Exchange is allowed only once. For a second exchange, customers bear Rs 250 for forward & reverse charges.
- Exchange is possible only for products of equal or higher value; lesser value products will not be accepted.
- There is no return for product once already exchanged and received by customer.
Note: Exchanges are processed post-quality checks.
Damaged or Defective Products:- Request an exchange for damaged or defective products.
- The received product must be recorded on videos and photos for verification.
- Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged.
Exceptions:
- Products damaged during use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If we can't replace a damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued.
International Order Return & Exchange Policy
At Eco Threads, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical constraints. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we are happy to assist wherever possible.
If you still wish to return your order, we can make an exception under the following conditions:
✅ The return must be initiated and executed by the customer at their own expense.
✅ The product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging.
✅ Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check (QC), we will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer 3 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, as well as local payment methods including COD
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we dont allow any changes after the order is placed but there is an option for replacement once you recieve your product.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within India
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 7-9 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
